Service Fee & Coverage
Our Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) service is offered to patients and clinics as a self-pay device rental.
- 24-hour ABPM fee: $—
- 48-hour ABPM fee: $—
- 72-hour ABPM fee: $—
- Two-way shipping & handling: Two-way shipping and handling charges vary based on the FedEx shipping zone of the delivery address.
- Refundable device deposit: $150 — fully refunded once the device is returned in good condition.
Please note: Our ABPM rental service is not billed to insurance. Each test includes a detailed report for the healthcare provider to review and interpret. All clinical decisions remain with the clinician.
The physician orders a 24, 48 or 72-hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) study for the patient.
The physician’s office or the patient uploads the physician’s order form on the reservation page.

The physician's office or the patient confirms the booking by completing the payment.
Payment
The Spkit team contacts the patient or the clinic to schedule the delivery date for the ABPM device.
Our delivery partner (FedEx/UPS) brings the ABPM device to the patient's home or to the clinic's address.
The patient wears the device for 24, 48, or 72 hours as ordered and instructed by the physician.
After use, patient or clinic returns the device by asking us to schedule a pickup with FedEx/UPS or by dropping it off at the nearest FedEx/UPS location.
The Spkit team extracts the 24-hour blood pressure report and shares it securely with the physician who ordered the device.
